The Galerie des Galeries space hosted Till We Drop: Jean-Paul Lespagnard’s first solo exhibition.

For this first solo exhibition in Paris, Jean-Paul Lespagnard invites visitors to explore his creative process. Inspired by his eponymous 2014 collection, presented in Paris in September 2013, the exhibition evokes the exuberant life of the grand hotels of Mexico’s Riviera Maya and echoes a certain idea of artificial paradise. A euphoric universe of transgression and freedom. Jean-Paul Lespagnard, dressed as a bee, immerses us in a journey punctuated by installations that depict the rites, customs, and habits of the impulsive tourist, freed from all material constraints.

To mark the arrival of the prolific Jean-Paul Lespagnard at Galeries Lafayette, an entire journey has been dedicated to the Till We Drop project, in all the windows on Rue de la Chaussée d’Antin and on the first floor of the store.
